Molly's Princess Party

March 28, 2009---Molly celebrated her 4th birthday today with a Princess Party at Treehouse Toys in Oxford. We wouldn't miss a party with the Bergerons for anything in the world!! And Treehouse Toys has an awesome set-up for parties. They have several themes for boys and girls to choose from, they supply the cupcakes, drinks, and paper goods, and they do a craft project with the kids. They also have a TV with DVD/VCR if you want to have a movie playing in the background. For a princess party, they brought out two tubs full of dress-up outfits, shoes, tiaras, boas, etc. The party goers loved trying on all the different outfits and decorating magic wands. If we didn't live so far away we would definitely consider having a party there!!

***** On a side note, let me start by saying that when we walked into Treehouse Toys I had a "celebrity moment". In the back, by the train tables, stood Keith Carter (with his wife and two children)!!!! Though unknown to most, he is one of my favorite Ole Miss basketball players of all time. I just smiled, continued talking to Jackson about a triceratops he had seen as we came in, and walked past Keith into the birthday room. I was awestruck!! We went back out to play until the party started and he was still there. He smiled, said hi, and I reciprocated. The Carters soon left. Had there actually been conversation I would have stumbled, stammered, and blabbered like a fool.*****

Molly was the prettiest princess at the party!! The kids had a blast. They even brought in one of the train tables for Jackson to play with (the girls liked the train table almost as much as they dress-up clothes).

Julie made Molly's outfit and shoes!!:

Even the daddies got into the fashin show...
